RULES
1. ONLY ONE "MY FRIENDS" ACCOUNT QUALIFIES PER PERSON. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. PRODUCT PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE ODDS OF WINNING.
Winner will be announced and gift certificate will be award by: January 10, 2009.
2. Eligibility: This offer is open only to Sailtrac User Account holders who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (upon verification of prize eligibility, misrepresentation of age requirement will void the entry). This offer is not open to Traveltrac or Sailtrac employees where such an offer would violate laws, regulations, or policies.
Traveltrac or Sailtrac employees, distributors, resellers, their affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants, contractors, advertising, public relations, promotion fulfillment and marketing agencies, their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Entry: A completed Sailtrac User Account registration is required for entry into this giveaway. All required fields must be completed to qualify.
By entering, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Sailtrac, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all damages, costs, expenses, and other liabilities, including damages for personal injury or damage to property, whether the damages are direct or indirect, and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, which may be due to or arise out of participation or any involvement thereof or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of the prize.
Entrants constitute their permission for Sailtrac to make use of their entries and agrees to the use of his/her name in any promotional activities related to this giveaway without further compensation. All information collected will be treated in a manner consistent with Sailtrac's privacy policy. Sailtrac is not responsible for any lost, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.
4. Prizes Awarded: One prize will be awarded, approximate value is $250 (USD). Prize is not transferable or convertible to cash, and must be accepted as awarded, but Sailtrac has the right to substitute, at its sole discretion, another prize of equal or greater value for any prize described herein. The prize value ($250 USD) is an approximate retail value and does not include taxes, shipping or duty charges. The odds of winning are dependant on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Identification and Notification of Prize Winners: Sailtrac will conduct a database query upon completion of the contest. All prize winners will receive notification by one of the following methods: phone and/or e-mail or certified mail and will have five (5) business days to accept the prize or will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
If the selected winner has not complied with the Official Rules, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, or does not respond within the specified time period, an alternate winner will be selected.
6. Tax Information: This offer is void where prohibited by law or subject to registration requirements or restrictions, and is subject to all international, federal, state, provincial and local taxes, rules and regulations. All applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize won are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7. General Information: This offer is being communicated and conducted in English (which will be given its everyday ordinary meaning) and any and all disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts in the State of Delaware in the United States, exclusively, and subject to the laws of the State of Delaware. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Delaware and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Delaware.
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sailtrac being final and binding in all respects.
